Our Engineering Capacity
Our in-house multi-disciplinary engineering construction service includes structural, mechanical, electrical and piping capability, offering the resources and skills to execute a diverse range of projects.
- Structural steel supply and erection
- Installation of heavy mechanical equipment such as crushers, screens, mills, ship loaders, stackers, reclaimers, compressors, process skids, boilers and turbines (gas and steam)
- Installation of above and below ground piping systems for petrochemical, mineral processing, water and associated facilities
- Installation of large bins and tanks for the mineral processing and petrochemical industries including thickeners, process tanks, elevated storage bins, silos and miscellaneous storage and reagent tanks
- Complex and heavy lifts with our own extensive crane fleet of up to 350 tonne capacity complete with superlift (which provides mid-range capacity similar to 650 tonne).
Fixed and Mobile Plant Maintenance
Annalix Cornestone provides the multi-disciplinary services required to keep a plant fully maintained and operational. Our services include pre-planning, procurement, scaffolding, rigging, civil, electrical and instrumentation, welding and fitting for routine, preventative and breakdown maintenance. With extensive experience in delivering long-term maintenance contracts, we work with our customers to ensure optimal plant productivity through effective maintenance planning, resorting and management.
Minor and Sustaining Capital Works
We have extensive experience in performing minor plant upgrades and capital works projects where a need has been identified to improve safety or increase plant performance. Our Maintenance and Industrial Services teams undertake all aspects of these projects, from constructability through to commissioning and handover.
Shutdown Planning, Management and Execution
Annalix Cornestone has an excellent record for successfully executing shutdowns, including the complete dismantling of major plant items through to recommissioning. By collaborating with our customers in pre-planning stages we ensure a successful conclusion to each shutdown. Having undertaken major shutdowns, we have developed an extensive database of highly skilled trades and supervisory personnel who regularly work for us and who are accustomed to working in the shutdown environment. With safety as the number one priority, our experienced Shutdown Managers and their teams have established a reputation for bringing plants back to full operation, on time and within budget.

Annalix Corneston offers specialist dragline and shovel shutdowns, maintenance and erection services. We developed our extensive experience in the execution of dragline and shovel shutdowns our their expert knowledge, systems and equipment is now fully integrated into our Maintenance and Industrial Services team.
